1. What does the communication package contain?
The compulsory communication package contains the following services: catalogue entry, Internet entry (on the ask-biofach.de / ask-vivaness.de platform), basic advertising material package (100 admission vouchers, 100 visitor brochures, 500 stickers), entry in the Exhibition Guide, display of press releases in the press centre, 1 free exhibition catalogue, and online banner.For all services and details, see the Special Conditions for Participation in BioFach 2012, item 15 (direct exhibitors), item 17 (co-exhibitors).

4. What is the AUMA fee?
The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges you a fee of EUR 0.60 per m² of display space for representing your interests.NürnbergMesse GmbH invoices you for the amount due on behalf of AUMA. More information is available at: www.auma-messen.de

5. What are the assembly and dismantling times for BioFach 2012?
Assembly around-the-clock:Sun 12 February 2012 from 7 a.m. until Tue 14 February 2012 7 p.m.
Exhibition stands for which assembly has not commenced by 3 p.m. on Tuesday, 14 February 2012, will be decorated by the organizer, if they cannot be otherwise disposed of. Costs incurred will be charged to the exhibitor.
Dismantling:
Sat 18 February 2012 5 p.m. - midnight Sun 19 February 2012 midnight - 10 p.m.
Mon 20 February 2012 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Access to the halls during assembly and dismantling times is only permitted on display of special passes, which are not valid during the exhibition. Dismantling is not permitted before 5 p.m. Please see item 19 of the Special Conditions for Participation.

6. What are the opening hours for BioFach 2012?
Wednesday - Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

7. Can I also exhibit products without an organic certificate?
No, current organic certificates must be submitted to the BioFach exhibition team for all products exhibited.Top

8. Can the stand be dismantled before the official end of the exhibition?
No stand is to be completely or partly cleared before the end of the exhibition.In the event of contravention, NürnbergMesse GmbH will charge the exhibitor concerned a fee of EUR 800 for failing to comply with regulations/provisions, and reserves the right not to admit the exhibitor to the next exhibition.

9. Must the samples provided for tasting at the exhibition be certified organic products?
All products offered for tasting on the stand must be certified organic products.Top

10. Will the new opening days affect the number of visitors from the specialist trade?
No, as visitor statistics have shown that the attendance of the specialist trade is spread evenly over all days of the exhibition.Top
