Lea Leimann is a pastry baker, ecotrophologist and masterstudent in "Sustainable Food and Natural Resources" in Machynlleth (Wales), currently writing her thesis on “Changing behaviours to change the system? Dairy consumption in Germany”.
She works at the CSCP in Wuppertal on sustainable lifestyles, behaviour change and transformation. Since July 2019 she has been on the board of Slow Food Germany.
