BC BIO - Les P’tits Chefs du Bio provides an organic range of catering products and fresh
gourmet pizzas, pies, spring rolls, prawn crackers… BC BIO’s main focuses are taste, freshness and local producers mixed along with creativity and quality. BC BIO is born from the founders’ expertise of gourmet chefs and the desire to use only good quality and carefully selected products.
Cyril Baland and his wife Karine being in charge of a large family, know too well that - it does take time to plan and cook healthy food. Therefore in 2010, based on their 15 years’ experience managing their own organic restaurant located in Langon - Bordeaux region, they’ve decided to embrace a new challenge: creating a brand for fresh gourmet and organic products, known as “Les P’tits Chefs du Bio” based in the GERS region (FRANCE).
The idea of cooking a fine, tasteful and gourmet pizza on a wood fire for everyone was so obvious at that time, that it became a driver for them. In less than a year, they manage to share their vision with their suppliers and most important with their customers. Today, they have successfully developed their business and have applied that creativity on a wide range of products above and beyond the French border. BC Bio products are distributed exclusively under the brand “Les P’tits Chefs du Bio” in 700 specialised stores (Biocoop, Vitafrais, Relais vert, Biofresh, BC BIO stores…) in France and Belgium.
All are “Ecocert” certified. Packaging are practical and environmentally friendly. Our priorities are innovation, fresh, organic and seasonal products with 60% of local suppliers.
