The close relationship between what we eat and our health is something that was scientifically and practically proved.
Since 2004, in our healthy pastry&deli shop, we have been offering food made with the most natural and less chemically manipulated ingredients, trying to respect the environment and its needs and paying attention to the use and the recycle of raw materials.
We obviously prefer organic products; we do not use milk and wheat, preferring alternative flour like kamut, rice, rye and spelt, to give the chance to those who have food intolerances to eat without giving up anything.
In 2011 we certified as UE organic our hazelnut cream, our top product: we created it using only three ingredients, hazelnuts, sugarcane and cocoa, so it is milk, soy lecithin and gluten free.
Passion, perseverance and will, drove us to give everybody, kids included, unique and healthy moments of sweetness and sensory ecstasy.
What we achieved fulfill us with optimism and a bit of pride pushes us to carry on with the same philosophy, with the same respect towards both people and natural resources to create new products to eat with the same joy.
