They didn’t just pick this name by coincidence. ‘Confiance’ means as much as trust. Jozef believed that one should earn the trust of people by being honest, trustworthy and going for the best every day. Values which he also passed on to my grandfather and father."

We have two brands:
Ceval Healthfood has a baking tradition of almost 40 years. Recently it developed a new line of 4 soft-baked bran biscuits that are packed with all good things: bran, fruits, spices … They are organic, high in fiber, palm free and contain less than 100 Kcal per biscuit.
La Confiance is an unique Belgian speculoos with a mighty fine taste. Based on a family recipe from 1924. Made from the best organic ingredients, bought directly from local farmers: nutritious wheat grown by Thibaut, real butter and selected spices. The speculoos was officially recognized by the Flemish Gouvernment as local traditional product. It was also honoured with the highest score of the ITQI Superior Taste Award: 3 golden stars.
