The Sipal range offers more than 25 organic concentrates (liquid and dehydrated), based on 6 different cereals (rice, oat , wheat, corn, barley, spelt) and manioc ranging from those with a very neutral taste (wheat and manioc) to stronger flavours (spelt) and from very light colours (rice) to the darkest shades (barley malt).
The products fulfil a variety of functional properties: sweetener, bulking agent, coating, preventing crystallisation, colour, flavour, crispness, mouth-feel, fat replacer, etc.
