Product Description: This product is prepared in accordance with good manufacturing practices by sun-drying organic apricot halves to a specified moisture range (approx 12-15%). The finished product is analyzed for quality, visually inspected and passed through a metal detector before packaging. Finally the product is frozen at -18 deg. C for 48 hours or more and stored below 5 deg. C.

Packaging: The product is sealed nitrogen flushed and/or with oxygen absorber in 3 kg food-grade bags and packed in staple-free, corrugated cartons, each containing three bags. The carton is sealed with clear packaging tape. Net Wt: 9.0kg, Gross Wt: 9.56kg.
Shipping, Shelf Life and Storage: Product is shipped in reefer container. Shelf life is 18 months when stored in original packing, recommended below 5 deg. C.
