This Pesto is characterized by a creamy texture, a bright green colour, an intense fresh basil fragrance and a well-balanced taste. An excellent sauce for pasta, may also be used on canapés, pizza, boiled vegetables and meat, or to enrich soups.

The company "La Macina Ligure" was founded by a family of farmers that generation after generation has grown the typical plants of Liguria region, where the company is located.
We cultivate basilico Genovese DOP and taggiasche olives that we use for the productions of our own specialties. We produce a wide range of ORGANIC and GLUTEN-FREE typical Italian Specialties: Basil pesto, tomato sauces, condiments, horse d’oeuvres, tapenades, olives and extra virgin olive oils.
