Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil may appear physically similar to Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, but is actually extracted using a different method. The process begins with the extraction of coconut milk from the white kernel of organic coconuts. The milk is then passed through a centrifuge which separates the oil from the water. The temperature used in this process is lower than that used by other extraction process, thereby retaining more of the heat sensitive nutrients in the oil. The final product is an oil of high clarity that also remains very nutrient rich, and is ideal for customers that use the oil for its medical properties.
