Puglia Sapori has been on the market for over 25 years, earning a name for itself by producing high quality salty snacks typical of the Apulian region in Italy. Since 1999 the company started a growth process development which made it stand out as an established reality both in Italy and abroad, and it also equipped itself with an advanced factory and modern automatisms. Our main core business is the production of Tarallini (a sort of salty round breadsticks), Mini Grissini and Squik (a sort of small crackers also known as Croccantelle or Schiacciatine). They meet a large variety of tastes, but they have some very important features in common: they are 100% yeast free, they are vegan friendly, they do not contain palm oil and have a very clean label. In fact, through the years we have obtained the BRC and IFS Food quality and safety certifications to make sure that we provide our costumers with the very best we can produce. Thanks to this ability, we are proud to say that some of our biggest customers in Italy are Esselunga, Famila, Pam, Agora, and Selex among others. Today, the company is capable of satisfying even the most demanding customers and it’s among the few Apulian realities that can offer 3 versions of salty snacks: conventional, organic and gluten free.
