All products of DooriDoori are made by handpicked and locally grown organic ingredients including Chaga mushrooms and Sang Hwang mushrooms. As for the main ingredient, soybeans are grown and harvested locally to ensure its superior quality. Another main ingredient for Doori Doori’s products is salt. Solar salt from Haenam saltern is used as we keep our promise to use best ingredients at all time. After careful ingredients selection, soybean paste and soy sauce are prepared with our professionals who carried traditional way of processing our products using secret family recipe for many years. Once done, our products will be stored away for minimum 5 years for fermentation. Studies show that fermenting our product more than 5 years produces ODI (O-Dihydroxyisoflavone) which is excellent source of helping healthy micro cell growth and fighting against cancer cell. This is why we are very proud and confident to share our products with our customers.
