We, at Bio Bulgaria, decided to offer a quality alternative to the popular and loved by young and old corn puff snack.
Apart from being 100% organic, this crispy treat is made a perfectly balanced combination of chickpeas and rice. Both these grain cultures are naturally gluten free and rich in plant protein and fibers in comparison to the mainstream corn and wheat, used for similar food. The production method used - extrusion - keeps the nutritional elements, intact, while the raw pressed coconut butter contributes to the rich taste and the pleasant aroma.
Extrusion is a modern technology which involves a high temperature treatment of the product over a short period of time. This brings about minimum processing of the ingredients , hence maintaining all qualities which bring about easier digestion and intake.
According to the ancient Indian philosophy about life and food - Ayurveda - rice helps absorption of peas and beans protein up to 40% if consumed together. Hence it is highly recommended that peas, beans lentil and chickpeas be accompanied by rice .
It can be eaten anytime anywhere, and its delicious!

Harmonica is the company leading the organic food movement in Bulgaria, with a well balanced portfolio of 80+ amazing products that combine tradition, innovation and care.
Our story starts back in 2006, when Maggie Maleeva, the former N 4 tennis star, visited the only two diary organic farms in the country. Together with her husband, Lubo, and a close friend, Metodi, the trio embarked on a journey, becoming the pioneers of organic food in Bulgaria and expanding the organic food movement not only to diary products but to a wider range of products. A decade later, Harmonica became a house-hold name with a strong team, a wide network of partners and can be found in almost all supermarkets across the country as wel as in 10 foreign markets. And the two farms? They continue to provide the daily supply of organic milk.
