Matsutake is a kind of precious edible mushroom. This is the species survived after nuclear weapon boom. Matsutake is considered as "the king in all mushrooms" in Japan and be the recommended food in "A Bite of China". Besides, it is also listed in national secondary key protective wild fungis that cannot be cultivated artificially.
Matsutake is rich in 8 vitamins, 12 trace elements, multiple dietary fiber, 49 active nutrition substances, 17 amino acid, 3 active substance, 5 unsaturated fatty acid and 2 glycoproteins.
Our matsutake is collected from Yarlung Zangbo river valley in strong fragrance, chewy flavor, and plenty of nutrions. Compared with the matsutake grown in other areas, the matsutake in Linzhi has the highest polysaccharide, crude protein, crude fat and element Fe.
Cheezheng group-Linzhi snowland resource technology Co., Ltd. has 1,000 ha wild collection base in Nanyi valley, Tibet. Our matsutake has USDA, EC, JAS and China organic certificate.
We collected matustake on the plateau above 3,200 meters and only those with no umbrella are kept. Fresh matsutakes were purchased every day and after cleaning process, they were drying after cutting into 2mm-3mm thickness slices.
