Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature between 15º C and 17º C, after which malolactic fermentation took place. It has been gently filtered to keep all natural aromas and characteristics. Previously macerated for 1 day at a temperature of 7ºC it was steadily to 15ºC during the fermentation period. Clean, bright color with greenish-yellow tone. Aromas of citrus and pineapple. Full-flavored with fresh acidity & flavors of tropical fruits.

Founded and owned by the Fernandez family, “Finca Fabian” estate currently includes over 200 hectares of vineyards. The winery is located adjacent to the vineyards allowing for keeping the maximum quality in the production of the whites, reds, young and aged wines.
In Dominio de Punctum we turn our estate grown grapes into world class organic and biodynamic wines according to the tradition handed over for centuries in Spain and by the modern means of a sustainable agriculture and winemaking.
Our wines have been awarded in different International competitions as Challenge Millesime Bio, Mundus Vini and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
