Biscuiterie de Provence is a family business born in 1833 that turned into a biscuit factory in 1997. Between tradition and innovation, every recipes are baked with the love of good products and, most of the time with lots of almonds, the one ingredient carried through generation in the family !

“Healthy and tasty products, that’s what we do !” By getting high standard ingredients (PDO Charentes-Poitou extra fine butter, PDO Nyons Olives, PGI Provence honey ...) five pastry chefs bake every recipes with 100% natural ingredients with no preservative, artificial aroma, food coloring or palm oil. Biscuiterie de Provence also offers a wide range of gluten-free products thanks to a dedicated workshop with stricts rules ensuring the lack of traces of gluten. 100% of our products are made in its production workshops, where the quality department ensures rigorous quality control at every stage with close management thanks to IFS standards.
