A little before 1885,Georges Delouis and his family acquired a vinegar factory in Limoges and focused on producing high quality vinegars. Then began a great joint venture between the family and tradition of taste. Awarded many times, the flourishing company is then run by Pierre Delouis, and later by his son, Philippe. In 1976, it faced a major change of structure and altogether diversification of products when the current director Philippe Delouis established a mustard factory in Champsac.
Set up in a very natural surrounding, Delouis Fils S.A. primarily manufactured mustards. The success prompted Philippe Delouis to increase his production with some new lines of products such as Salad dressings and sauces.
The "Natural Quality" is our philosophy. It indicates our constant wish to produce whenever it is possible with no artificial and chemical additives at all. Therefore, our vinegars, our mustards, our vinaigrettes and mayonnaises are 100% natural.
All our recipes are authentic and respect our French gastronomic heritage. For example, the Bearnaise and Hollandaise sauces are made with fresh butter only, and we have just elaborated a new line of vinaigrettes with “Homemade” quality and All Natural. A modern high technology facility for Quality and Development
In 1999 was built a new factory, fully air-conditioned, leading in food hygiene matter. This new structure includes 2 control laboratories, 1 for Research and Development,and an ultra-modern clean area (class M5) where the whole production is packaged. Our products comply with quality requirements HACCP and we are in the process to be ISO 14001 and 9001. Thanks to our performing lab team and engineers, and with constant bacteriological and physico-chemical controls, we ensure a perfect quality and traceability for all our products.
