For more than 40 years, the Provenzani family dedicates to Extra-virgin Olive Oil production in an
ancient, well known territory: the Land of Leopard. The olive groves expand in the heart of the
agircultural Sicily, across the golden hills in Agrigento prefecutre that are famous for being the land of the
Tomasi Princes, the famous "Donnafugata" Estate, narrated in "The Leopard".
Indeed is a land that radiates unique splendor for its authentic landscapes, its history and culture,as well
as a prime quality enogastronomic heritage.
Such precious heritage has created that strong passion that led Provenzani to stand out as one of the finest
Sicilian Extra Virgiin Olive Oil producers.
THE ART OF BLENDING
The wisdom of combining different olive cultivars is a true art and the result of profound knowledge that
allows to select the best olives to create alchemies of flavors.
The art of knowing, identifying the right juxtappositions of flavors is the reason why the best Extravirgin
Blends are created, excellent olive oils with unique character, rich in aromas, flavors , taste and fragrance.
For three generations, the Provenzani family has preserved and handed down the ancient production
methods. Even today we continue with commitment to pursue our research to exalt the different olfactory
and gustatory peculiarities of the cultivars, in order to satisfy the most demanding palates and offer them
unique blend,s able to amaze and enhance the Sicilian food tradition and in general , affirming the culture
of good food.
MISSION & VISION
That of Provenzani is a simple story of hard work and love for the land, of those who have dedicated
themselves body and soul to oil production in the constant pursue for the achievement of high quality
Our mission is to exalt our territory by combining tradition with the most modern production processes.
As such, the olives from which we extract our precious oils are harvested by hand picking, and in less
than 24 hours, strictly cold pressed using the state-of-the-art technology. Such process guarantees the
integrity of the product properties and therefore a higher quality level.
Our goal is to achieve excellence. We have been among the first in Italy to have temperature-controlled
storage facilities in special steel silos saturated with nitrogen, a process that allows us to preserve the
chemical, organoleptic and nutraceutical characteristics of the oil, as at the time of squeezing.
Furthermore, compliance with strict quality standards throughout the production chain, subjected to
constant and accurate controls, now represents an indispensable aspect for us. Provenzani guarantees the
high quality of all its products in respect of the environment, and offers the table only good and genuine
