It was founded in 1994 by Margherita and Ernesto Negro Marcigaglia in a small village in the Lessini mountains: San Pietro Mussolino.
Ernesto was born in a family of farmers. In 1994, he decided to start the production of organic, vegetable drinks - back then completely unknown in Italy.
After two years of intense research, Ernesto, with the help of his son Paolo, who studied industrial chemistry at that time, created the

Ever since all our products are 100% ORGANIC, tested and guaranteed by ICEA (Italian Institute for organic certificates).
Our products are CHOLESTEROL and LACTOSE FREE and most of them are GLUTEN FREE.
