Beta-glucans are natural polysaccharides, which are classified as soluble dietary fiber and contribute to normal blood cholesterol levels and a decrease in blood glucose in rations. They slow down the activity of digestive enzymes with forming viscose gel in the stomach, which affects the slower absorption of nutrients and consequently, the lower rise in blood glucose after a meal.

How does it work?
It helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and helps to lower glucose level after a meal. Dietary fiber has a proven effect on digestion, improves bowel function and increases the volume of excrement (faeces?).
