One of our farmers is located in Piacenza, in the North Italy tomato district. They select and transform the best organic and biodynamic tomatoes in Passata, Concentrate, Juice and ready Sauces for pasta, available in 8 different flavors: with basil, with zucchini, with eggplant, with olives and capers, with olives and tuna, with Porcini mushrooms, “Arrabbiata” and “Bolognese”. Each transformation is made in a simple way in order to maintain the genuineness of the homemade products. We only use extra virgin olive oil with no additives or preservatives.

We are a group of farmers who makes only organic and biodynamic agriculture with the intent to preserve the fertility of the earth, the biodiversity and to produce only healthy foods. Our farmers and partners are located in Piemonte, Lombardia and Emilia Romagna and they work according to the Regulations of Organic Farming. After harvesting we can offer a wide range of products from bulk raw materials to delicious organic and biodynamic finished foods suitable also for the most exigent customers. All the products that you can buy from us have passed strict quality controls guaranteeing you always the highest quality. For greater protection Consorzio Natura e Alimenta has obtained the following certifications: Organic (Reg. 834/2007), Demeter, NOP, Kosher, Krav, Biosuisse and Jas.
MILK AND CHEESE Every day we collect from the stables our good milk from animals bred according to organic or biodynamic standards, only with certified fodder and forage cultivated in our fields with their manure. On the raw milk we have obtained the certification for animal welfare according CReNBA standards and STG Haymilk. It is delivered to dairies for the production of: - Organic UHT milk, that we propose in 500g packet in 3 types: full milk, partially skimmed and high digestible. - Organic fresh and seasoned cheeses In 2015 we have started Organic GRANA PADANO DOP project, that is produced without lysozyme as required from the organic regulations. At the moment this is our main production and we can supply it in whole wheel or packed in different sizes and also grated. We have also Organic “GRAN BIO NATURA”, a hard cheese also produced without lysozyme with microbial rennet, therefore suitable for vegetarian. It is available in whole wheel, packed in different sizes and grated.

MEAT The meat comes from the breeds of our farmers. The animals are bred according to organic and biodynamics rules. We respect their biological cycles and meet their needs. Our meat can be supplied minced or in anatomical cuts as per customers’ request.
FLOURS We cultivate and select our organic and biodynamic cereals that we sell directly as raw material or give them to the mills for processing into flours suitable for industrial use and to prepare sweet or savory recipes. We propose corn and rice flours (gluten free), wheat and whole wheat flours and spelt flour, all packed in 1 kg packet or bulk in 25 kg bags. PASTA We have a rich offer of organic and biodynamic Pasta made with our good flours, that make it a healthy first course of excellent quality.
