Mirato Group was founded in the ’60 and today is one of the main protagonist in the Italian market and in more than 150 countries in the personal hygiene and cosmetic market. It is among the leader in some of the main segments in which its brands are present.
In Italy, Mirato Group can rely on 3 realities with separate, but complementary characteristics: Mirato S.p.A. concentrates its production in aerosol products, deodorant spray, eau de toilette, hair spray, hair mousse and today, it allows manufacturing around 400 different items, and it can produce up it 12.000 pcs per hour. MilMil’76 S.p.A. focus on liquid production such us bath foams, shower foams, liquid soaps, creams, sun protection and cosmetics. With its 12 production lines it produces around 600 different items, from 3.000 to 7.000 pieces per hour. Both company are located in the same town Landiona, near Milan in the north of Italy. Gianasso Company has been acquired in 2017. It has been on the Italian market with the brand “I Provenzali” for more than 20 years and its production is focus on face & body oils, face creams.
It is located in Genoa, it has 5 productive lines and different certifications such as ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, ISO22716 GMP and it is International Standard LAV partner for the “Not tested on Animals” (certification released by ICEA in 2003).
Mirato Group has also three foreign branches:
-Mirato Asia, based in Moscow
-Mirato China, based in Shanghai
-MilMil Adriatica, based in Macedonia
The main geographical areas in which it is present with our brands are: Middle and Far East, Africa, Asia, Europe.
The brands are primarily targeted at the mass-market and the most prominent ones for the personal hygiene are Malizia, Intesa, MilMil, Breeze, Glicemille, Nidra, Splend’Or; for oral care Benefit and Perlax; for cosmetics Clinians and Geomar; for natural and organic products I Provenzali.
Mirato plans to keep on growing by reaching important goals in terms of increased turnover and added value, reinforcing its domestic market position with the launch of new products, and strengthening its presence in international markets. Constant innovation and product development has enabled Mirato to penetrate and differentiate into new segments in the market, as has the acquisition of new brands. In addition, Mirato's ability to cover all corners of the market by putting in place an efficient capillary distribution network has proven to be a key to the company's strength and continued success.
The last acquisition is the brand I Provenzali, leader in natural and organic market in Italy. The brand’s philosophy is based on the idea of proposing natural, biological and sustainable cosmetics, as well as giving value to the artesian identity and enabling the public to access a high-quality product. This is how “I Provenzali” have become nowadays the reference proposal in the Italian natural products market.
