Healthy and Sustainable Diets: What is the contribution of the organic sector?
We will look at the question of how organic food systems contribute to the transformation of our food system in general towards enhanced sustainability. We present most recent finding from Organic Food System Program (OFSP) and a project assessing sustainability impacts of different food consumption and production scenarios for Switzerland.
