New protein sources to enhance sustainability in organic agriculture and develop new organic products
The protein supply for organic animal production and food products is challenging the sustainability of the organic production system. This session will highlight how new protein sources such as grass protein and protein from insects, starfish and mussels can enhance sustainability and pave the way for new organic food products.
