Govi Farm was born in 2014, as the first Italian company that produces pasta, mixes and baked products, using only legume flours. These products are perfect for who has an active sporting life, vegetarians, vegans, people intolerant to gluten and celiacs. All our production takes place in the new production plant, located in Pegognaga (near Mantua), that has been designed considering the newest laws about food safety, and equipped with an innovative technology specially studied for this kind of products. In this environment, we can guarantee all the hygiene and health protection rules aiming to improve constantly our offer quality.
Since the beginning Govi Farm products have established as an absolute novelty on the food market, and now they are known for their high quality, good taste and originality. Legumes, in our opinion, are the future. They can guarantee a high content of proteins, a high content of fibres and a low glycemic index! It is no coincidence that FAO has chosen legumes as the international food of the year 2016.
Our LIBRE’ BIO line includes differend kinds of pasta, made with chickpeas, red lentils, yelow lentils, black beans, green peas, corn, rice and teff.
Beside the “pasta products“ we offer some preparations: chickpea batter mix, chickpea velvet soup with vegetables, chickpea and soy ragout preparation, sweet and salted snacks.
