The inflorescence of the coconut palm tree is tapped and the sweet, nutritious sap that flows from it is collected, filtered and minimally heated under controlled temperatures. The result is a sweet, golden brown syrup with a mild-sweet aroma which tastes lightly like caramel.
Our premium Coconut Blossom Syrup tastes delicious with pancakes, as a sweetener in a muesli or cake and as the basis for barbecue marinades. As topping over desserts and pralines filling it melts on your tongue.
