Since 1989 we have been producing fresh organic pasta using traditional Italian recipes. Located nearby Karlsruhe north of the Black Forest, we have started off as a very small family business with Italian roots and have become a modern company in which the entire production procedure, beginning with the selection of the raw material, to the manufacturing, the packaging up to the point of shipping takes place.
We offer a broad selection of filled specialities like Ravioli and Tortellini (filled with cheese, herbs, vegetables, meat or other tasty ingredients), as well as different kinds of our delicious Gnocchi. We produce our pasta according to EU-Eco-Regulations because we truly believe that nature provides the best ingredients. Several fillings are based on tofu, which means that we can offer a variety of vegan products as well.
With the Italian passion for the genuine, authentic taste we create our recipes, using only a handful of very fine ingredients selected with great care. For their quality and taste several of our products have been awarded gold and silver medals.
