The SOTO food company manufactures a selected range of delicious vegan and vegetarian organic products in Bad Endorf near the backdrop of the picturesque Chiemsee: a wide variety of carefully hand-rolled crispy batter rolls, fresh and appetising finger food specialities as well as fine burgers and patties for gourmet consumers. Established by Oskar Schramm in 1988, the family-run company has been under the management of Maria Schramm since the autumn of 2009 and operates on the basis of three primary principles:
Consistent ecological production:
All of the raw materials for SOTO products come from controlled ecological sources. Where possible, organic raw materials from our region are used to ensure that transport routes are as short as possible and to enable us to use particularly fresh vegetables. All SOTO products are guaranteed free of additives, processed materials and preservatives. This is a condition for SOTO in order to offer tasty food of consistently high quality.
Passion and skill:
With great conviction and passion and just as much careful manual skill, around 60 employees produce the SOTO range in our factory. Recipes are developed directly in the company and refined constantly. You can taste this care and skill in every SOTO product.
