The Miassequoia bulgur is a precooked durum wheat. It is traditionally dried. Subsequently its exposed bran will removed mechanically. Same as rice, the bulgur is cooked together with various side dishes and is perfectly suitable for vegetable and meat.
The Miassequoia bulgur originates from Anatolia and resembles the taste of natural rice, with a decent nutty note.
