The Miassequoia mulberries originate from Anatolia. They contain a pleasant honey taste. Our mulberries ripe after a long harvesting phase in July/August. On the tree they ripen at different times, where as harvesting is possible over several weeks. The mulberries are dried carefully without moisture influences in pure mountain air. During the drying process they lose their colour, but their sweet taste will be intensified by the drying process. Thus, they can be used as sugar substitute for sugar (i.e. in tea or cereals).
