COCOA brand was created to discover and offer the chocolate lovers its primeval taste, extracted from raw cocoa bean.
Our products are made of rare type of cocoa beans which we import from various regions of the world. As sweetener we use 'coconut blossom sugar' exclusively.
Since we have control over the entire production process of chocolate, we select coca bean so that the taste in harmony with dipped product is created. The production follows without preservatives nor any other substances improving taste and look, what is more, all components in our products come from ecologically certified crops.
For COCOA raw, unroasted cocoa beans are processed at below 45 ° C, next they are finely ground and carefully cared for more than 60 hours. This is the only way to retain the full original cocoa flavor and the valuable micronutrients. Raw cocoa is particularly rich in antioxidants such as flavonoids and polyphenols and contains a large number of important minerals and trace elements.
COCOA is sweetened exclusively with a touch of coconut blossom sugar, which is characterized by a particularly low glycemic index (GI 35) and a comparatively high nutrient density. Manufactured in a vacuum process at low temperatures, the various ingredients are preserved from the nectar of the coconut trees. Its fine, slightly caramel sweetness harmonizes perfectly with the powerful cocoa beans of our raw chocolate.
COCOA is free of milk and gluten. We do not use any preservatives, flavors or other additives. All ingredients for COCOA come from certified organic farming.
