Our ingredients are: Cashews, vegan fermentation cultures, water, stone salt and selected spices for the respective taste. You don`t need a PHD in chemistry to understand our list of ingriedients! Our heart: Cashews! The small nuts are full of minerals, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids, which makes them real power packs. But this is not enough for us: in order to get the best out of them, we ferment them and give them enough time to ripen - so in every piece Happy Cheeze is a big portion of happiness. However, you will not find animal ingredients, preservatives, stabilizers or artificial additives here. All our products are naturally lactose, soya and gluten free, vegan, paleo, raw and organic.
