This is a dark, full-bodied red wine with a fruity bouquet of blackberry and very delicate oak note. Well balanced tannins provide drinking pleasure. This dry red wine pairs wonderful with beef casseroles and stews and also with lamb dishes.
A long awaited version of dry organic rosé sparkling wine. It consists of 40 percent Sauvignon blanc and Sémillon as well as both 10 percent of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is very tangy and the basic wines are Bergerac/France origin. It should be served as an aperitif, if possible - pure.
