We use three methods for obtaining our organic olive oil:
- Acapulco-Sinolea method, by “percolation”: for obtaining “Flower of oil” (Blume des Öls)
- Traditional system, by pressure: for obtaining "First cold press oil" (Stempel Presse)
- Continuous system, by centrifuge: for obtaining “Cold extraction oil”
We have calculated and verified our CO2 emissions during all and each one of the stages of the production and distribution so that you can know them and to carry out an ORGANIC- LOGICAL purchase. Also, you should know that our commitment is to reduce our carbon footprint every year.
