HOSTETTLER SPEZIALZUCKER AG has been producing since 1940 invert sugar, caramelised sugar syrup and liquid sugar blends as raw materials and semi-finished products for the confectionery, ice cream and beverage industries or as ingredients for pastries and desserts.
We produce both liquid sugar blends and customer-specific semi-finished products.
Starting at orders of 10 to 20 tonnes per annum, we can produce for you special syrups, sugar blends or semi-finished products and deliver them in the packaging of your choice (containers, canisters, bag-in-box, bottles).
SiROP ZUCCÈS – organic sugar syrups for the food services industry
We distribute newly developed special sugar blends under the brand name SiROP ZUCCÈS for use in hotels, restaurants, bars, hospitals and homes. One example is our SiROP ZUCCÈS IceQuick. The industry commonly uses up to five different kinds of sugar to produce ice cream. IceQuick combines these sugars in just the right proportions. The finest ice creams or soft sorbets can thus be prepared quickly, conveniently and professionally.
HOSTETTLER’s organic bee feed and organic bee candy
For many years we have been making sugar syrup and bee candy for beekeepers to supplement their colonies’ diet. The specially balanced ratio of sugars tailored to the bees’ needs stimulates feed intake and ensures optimal feed utilisation.
Our quality management
Quality is important to us. We are therefore FSSC 22000, Bio Suisse and kosher certified. Depending on the origin of the sugar, we produce our sugar syrups under various labels such as Bio Suisse Knospe, Bioland, Naturland, EU Bio or Fairtrade Max Havelaar. We use no ingredients containing allergens.
