Finca Fuensanta is the name of the oil produced by the properties belonging to the Molina Cardenal family. Located in Jumilla, Murcia, in the south-east of Spain, our estate is ideally for the production of olives, which have been grown here since Roman times.
Our estates are home to centuries-old trees, but also to recently planted ones. Along with the autochthonous varieties you will find others, including Royal, Cuquillo, Manzanilla, Cornicabra Murciana, Changlot Real, Hojiblanca, Picual and Arbequina.
Our oils are the result of the know-how that comes with long experience, a strong vocation and the effort to constantly improve. Our oil is organically produced and is known for its intense flavor.
The olives are harvested at their moment of maximum quality to ensure an organic extra virgin oil of supreme taste.
The freshly harvested olives are cold-pressed to guarantee maximum quality in the monovarietal and coupage oils. The oil is balanced, stable and boasts a body and taste that never fail to impress.

We carry out our work in harmony with nature; the trees are located in areas of high biodiversity, in mountainous areas surrounded by pine groves.
Our crops are grown in the traditional, organic way, without upsetting the balance of nature. We respect the cycles of the trees and integrate the biodiversity of the area into our processes, so achieving a high quality toxic-free product of guaranteed sustainability.
In 1996 we were certified as organic producers, an important step forward for us in this traditional activity to which we are devoted.
