We produce kiwis.
This locality is characterized by pedoclimatic conditions that are unique in Italy, and that are ideal for cultivation of kiwis: a fertile soil of volcanic origin rich in potassium, and a hot climate in the summer and middle autumn, which allows the harvest of kiwis when their maturation is at its best and particularly fit to ensure a long preservation.
The harvest is in November with degree brix 7 getting a fruit to the consumption a degree brix 13.
Kiwis production is totally carried out by applying the biologic and biodynamic methods. Crops are certified by CODEX and DEMETER.
Our fruit reality was started at the beginning of the eighties with the first plantation of kiwis realized by my parents. This long experience has allowed us to familiarize with this new species and to refine our agronomic techniques, in order to best satisfy the requirements of the plants and to obtain a soil rich in humus and life in the most natural way (green manures, use of compost, spraying with 500; 501).
The productions obtained are therefore of a high quality, marked by an excellent, sweet and palatable taste, capable of enhancing their organoleptic components.
After harvest the kiwis, they are stored, conditioned and marketed in packages of a size required by the client.
