‘Les Spécialités de Minna’ (Minna’s specialties) represents this spirit: As did our “Minna” (‘Grandmother’ in the Corsican language) before us, we carefully select our ingredients from organic agriculture. Jams made with fruit ripened in perfect conditions, gorged with sun. Moreover, to preserve its exceptional quality, the whole fruit is cooked, resulting in sweet jams with the sweet scent of our childhood, but also new original and surprising blends. As for our pâtés, we let you discover the scents of the Maquis and the subtle alliances which often our Corsican grandmothers kept secret.
Recently, I wanted this know-how to be recognized and certified for the quality, the safety and regularity of every production. In 2009, thanks to the hard work of the whole staff, we obtained the ISO 22000 standard for all our products. Because we cannot claim for food quality without obtaining food safety.
