Grania‐ Le Gemme del Vesuvio is a pasta factory, born in 2004 from the desire to bring together the
experience of more than 20 years of technological innovation and maintenance of plants for pasta
factories , experience which is derived from another family business .
The pasta factory is located in Castello di Cisterna, in Vesuvius area in Naples .
KEY TO SUCCESS
The search of fine grits of durum wheat semolina; the water used is pure; the dough is made slowly ,
so as to ensure the perfect and intimate union of the semolina to cold water.
The strong point is definitely the bronze dies : designed and produced by the same mechanical
company in order to follow the process at an early stage and to have the opportunity to create new
formats to be submitted to customers .
The goal is to know that more and more people taste our product and appreciate it , together with
the seriousness and industriousness that distinguishes us .
Ours is a passion , not just a business , and for this reason we try to pursue one goal : Quality.
IDEA E TARGET
Mainly we try to enter into a new market through events such as trade shows or events.
The participation in fairs and events , with positive results have allowed us to increase the visibility of
the brand. The current positioning is mid‐range, the target is nationally and internationally consumer.
The idea in the short term is to increase the turnover and to improve the standing against major

- Organic Pasta ( with sizes normal, special and very special)

The directives are two : restaurants of high‐end and starry ; Importers , wholesalers and retailers.
