Acetaia Leonardi is a family run farm located in the countryside of Modena and specialised in the production of high quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and other condiments obtained according to the tradition from the typical Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes grown in the 10 ha surrounding the production plant.
Since 2017, Leonardi is also offering an Organic certified range of Balsamic specialties so that to satisfy the always growing demand for food guaranteed without pesticides and coming from organic farmed ingredients. The assortment certified according to EU Reg. 834/2007 includes Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP (also aged) and the other flagship products of the farm such as flavoured balsamic condiments, Balsamic glazes, white balsamic condiment and cooked Must (Saba). Organic products are available for Private Labels and in bulk for foodservice.
LEONARDI BIO is simply handing on the same mission started in 1871 with Giuseppe Leonardi: cultivate the land respecting the environment and the natural cycles of nature, generating finished products with genuine ingredients only, colouring and additive free for the benefit of the future generations. Visitors are welcome all year round for tasting and guided tours of the farm and the vineyards.
