Production of ham and SausageFactoryisbased on the oldrules and recipeseven 150 years from surroundingvillages, the oldmansions of the nobility, and even of the Austro-Hungarianarmy. The tradition of meatprocessing in the area of Dukla, for generations was large, becausetherearemanyancientcookerybooks with traditionalrecipe and notebooks with notes.
