Melchiori Apple Balsamics are the results of an accurate blending of apple vinegar aged in oak barrels (from 6 months to 2 years) and cooked reduced apple juice, according to the traditional family recipe.
A particular kind of Apple Balsamic is Balsacrema, a clever combination of organic apple vinegar and organic reduced apple juice. The mix is slowly cooked as to obtain a sweet and sour natural sauce with an unique taste. The strong features of our Balsacrema is the absence of thickeners.
