Our speciality is a soft gum sweet a kind of antique Marshmellow cut into squares offering a subtle mix of liquorice and natural vanilla. This sweet is produced in our region since the 15th century and we have kept the tradition of the recipe and just permanently changed and modernised our production in accordance with the latest technology since 1923. In our production facilities our recipe has remained unchangde. The base is first drawn up on frames. From there the dough needs to rest for 48 houres to develop all its flavour before being cut from our Master Confektioner into squares or strips.
