Figs are the traditional food of the Lycian Civilisation. For 4000 years it has given nutrition and health to Aegean side of Anatolia. Our Turkish dried figs are grown and produced by organic methods. Because of the unique climate of West Anatolia, Turkish dried figs has unique taste and texture which is worth a try. Our organic project can produce 200 tons of figs every year.Turkey remains a leader in the production and exportation of the fruit with 80% of the yield grown on the fertile soils of in the west of Anatolia.
