Durum wheat semolina bronze mouldet pasta from organic agriculture
It is in the La Terra e il Cielo factory that our pasta is carefully and expertly produced. First, durum wheat semolina is mixed with spring water. The next stage is to draw the pasta through bronze moulds. In addition to a high protein and quality gluten content, this pasta has rough and porous texture which enables it to hold sauces exceptionally well and maintain its cooking point.
It is a superb complement to any traditional pasta sauce, or even simpler condiments such as La Terra e il Cielo’s passata.
