Mashregh Zamin Zarrin Saffron Inc. (MZZS) has started its work with the helpful presence of production, commerce, economy, and saffron experts and with the active work of saffron farmers starting with 60 billion IRR as the first investing. The incorporation has started in Torbat e Heydarieh in 23rd July 2016 registration no. 2963 to act in the fields of production, packaging, and exporting products.

The most important aim of MZZS is to introduce the real brand of Persian saffron with high quality and respecting the customers’ satisfaction in the world market to raise Iran’s title. Also MZZS is trying to support the producers and farmers in Iran to raise the production rate both in the quality and quantity of production. Preparing the situation for global standard Persian saffron and other products to enter the world’s market is the passion of MZZS. Exporting and marketing organic agricultural products, starting the first and only Saffron Bank to support the producers, building paternal farms of agricultural products and consulting the producers, stating the production ID from the cultivation until consuming the products to ensure the customers are the main aims of MZZS.
From approximately 33.000 HCTRS of saffron farms in Torbat, every year nearly 100-120 tons of saffron is cultivated that is the most saffron cultivated place in the world and named the Pole of Saffron.
Using new methods of cultivation is the key to success in the future world. Noticing the climate change, local conditions and water drainage for saffron cultivation, to establish the changes in cultivation and watering in the technique saffron farms is necessary. In the new methods with the help of water usage decrease (up to 50%), the farms will have up to 10 kilograms increase in the saffron farms is planned.
