Our Artisan breadsticks are called “Bongrì”.
The Bongrì with whole-wheat and flax seeds come out from a slow and natural production and fermentation process.
These artisan breadsticks are rich in fibre and in polyunsaturated fats Omega3, as in the dough we use whole-wheat, flax seeds and Italian extra virgin olive oil.
The flax, in fact, contains polyunsaturated fats Omega3, which are useful for our organism.
