The KULAU Organic Seaweed Bouillon is not an ordinary vegetable broth. It is a tasty mixture of high-quality vegetables, herbs, spices and seaweed. It does not contain yeast, gluten or any additives. Moreover, compared to commercial organic vegetable broth it has a significantly higher proportion of vegetables.
The contained wakame seaweed comes from the Spanish Atlantic coast and is harvested carefully by hand. Only the best algae are harvested, carefully dried below 42 °C and then crushed into flakes. That is how the certified organic sea vegetables finds its way into the KULAU Organic Seaweed Bouillon.
The included vegetables and the herbs come from controlled organic farming and were carefully matched. Superfood vegetables such as kale, broccoli and spinach add to classics like leek, parsnip, carrot, cabbage and tomato. Due to the added spices, including turmeric, nutmeg and pepper, the bouillon serves as a tasty base for soups, sauces and casseroles.
The KULAU Organic Seaweed Bouillon has been available since August 2016 and is sold in glasses á 150 g.
