The KULAU Organic Seaweed Crisps contain 37% of certified organic, wild-growing seaweed from the Galician Atlantic coast, and thus contain a variety of valuable vitamins and minerals. Due to the addition of the German local vegetables green cabbage and spinach, the crisps get a surprisingly pleasant vegetable flavor with a fine taste of algae, not vice versa. Thanks to the addition of ginger and chili, the taste experience is topped off with a subtle piquancy.
The Seaweed Crisps are very carefully dried and not fried, as is the case with most vegetable and potato chips. This and the economical use of KULAU Organic Coconut Sugar and KULAU Organic Coconut Oil guarantee a fat content of less than 10 %. The popular crunchy effect is given nevertheless. According to the guidelines of the German Society of Nutrition, KULAU recommends not to consume more than 4 packs per day (due to the high content of iodine).
The KULAU Organic Seaweed Crisps Hot Ginger have been available in the KULAU Onlineshop since October 2016 and are sold in packages á 25 g.
