Organic molasses is a byproduct of the organic cane sugar production from organic sugarcane or organic beet sugar production from organic beets.
The organic molasses is used in the feed industry to bind dust, as pelleting aid, silage additive and to
stimulate the appetite of the animals. Furthermore it is used as food for effective microorganisms.
The organic cane molasses is also used in the food industry as a food supplement, for rum production, as baking ingredient and also for the production of sweets like chocolate or liquorice.
