Small family business of contectioners, AIELLO (A.D. SRL) was grounded in 1998. Initially a small laboratory (1969) was used for a local café’ in Calabria as well as for production of typical local pastries. Due to the family ability to the produce high quality pastries and to the importance of tradition, Natale Aiello decided to introduce his products to some of the most important Italian chains. Following the success and with oven products, Natale Aiello decide to differentiate the product portfolio entering the chocolate word. What makes Aiello a successful producer are the wide offer as well the flexibility to produce on its own brand or private label, big as well small volumes. Raw materials are always in the best quality: Ecuador, Venezuela, Costa Rica for Cocoa, Piemont (Italy) for Hazelnuts, Bronte (Italy) for Pistacho. Last not least what makes Aiello unique is the decision starting from 1.1.2012 to become 100% an organic factory.
And good to know, there is no product wich leaves the production without the approval of the master, Natale Aiello!
