For more than 30 years, only organic products are assimilated. Whereas in the past there was this traditional handcraft mill, today a modern mill provides for the high quality standard in organic converting. With a strict selection of controlled growing areas we guarantee high quality for our organic grain, organic rice, organic pulses and organic seeds or crops. To reach the high standarts in product quality, a lot of criterias have to be met. One important condition is the faithful and constructive cooperation with our distributors. We know our distributors! Personal contact with the federations and farmers, as well as intense information exchange and reciprocative mentoring are important parts of a solid basis. Working together with Biokreis Ostbayern e. V., Bioland and Bio Austria for years, we attach great importance to regional, accredited products. Furthermore, cultivation terms have to be checked constantly to prevent potential pollutant origins and quality losings. Another necessary steps are the preinspections at purchase and a accurate specification of the organic commodities. First of all, all products are properly tested by qualified employees in our own test laboratory and only if unobjectionable, high class quality has been ascertained, the products are delivered to our company.
